Raymond Han was a world renown painter and sculptor whose work is in many museums and private collections who passed away in 2019. Paul Kellogg was the well respected General Director of New York City Opera and Glimmerglass Opera.

Incorporated in 2019 as a non-profit 501 c 3 foundation, the Raymond Han and Paul Kellogg Foundation was established to:

1) Encourage the value of the visual and performing arts in enhancing the lives of all people.

2) Use the works of professional artist Raymond Han as an inspiration and creative force for young artists.

3) Provide a haven for professional artists in which to create and exchange ideas.

4) Foster the recognition of Cooperstown and its environs as a center for the visual and performing arts in New York and New England.

5) Develop a capital reserve fund for use in support of its purposes.
